Cryptoeconomic Systems Journal and Conference Series
The Cryptoeconomic Systems Journal has moved to Metagov.
Cryptoeconomic Systems is excited to announce that after five years at the DCI, we will be transitioning our operations to a new home: Metagov. Metagov, a digital governance research organization, will continue the high-quality legacy of CES, as well as expand the scope to cover more of the digital governance landscape. We are immensely grateful for the innumerable high-quality research contributions from our community over the years, as well as the support from our readers, reviewers, board of advisors, and sponsors. Of course, all previously published papers will remain archived via CES, and there should not be any disruption as far as paper access. We look forward to this next chapter for CES and are thrilled that the journal has found a home in the capable hands of Metagov.
While at the Digital Currency Initiative (2019-2024), the Cryptoeconomic Systems (CES) aimed to be the premier publication venue for blockchain research.
The journal was published by The MIT Press using a diamond open access policy, previously coordinated by two Editors-in-Chief: Andrew Miller (UIUC/IC3) and Neha Narula (MIT DCI), along with Managing Editor Reuben Youngblom (MIT/Stanford), and Communications Coordinator Cristy Stiles. High-level guidance came from our Advisory Board.
